Privacy in Media Content

Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories does not publish or make your media publicly available without your permission, neither online nor in its promotional material. All services will be performed by employees of Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories, which will not intentionally allow your media to be viewed by any employee who is not viewing it in order to provide services or by any third party. By submitting media to Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories for digitizing or other services, you understand and agree that Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories employees performing these services may view and are permitted to view your media as needed during transfer and quality control checks. All of your media and content shall remain your exclusive property and Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories will not acquire any rights therein.

Hosting and Storage Services

If you use Magno Sound, Inc./White Glove Memories Digital Delivery Service, you will be provided with a link where you can access your media.  We will not share the link with anyone besides you or your authorized representative.  If you share the link with another person they can pass it on to others.  Any other person with the link may view the material.  Additionally, if your media is hosted on a third party server, then the vendor providing that hosting service may also have access to your media.
