We digitize your legacy media to a digital format that can be enjoyed on your device. You will receive a branded White Glove Memory thumb drive in a case to store and watch your videos and a cloud link to download your videos directly to your device. You can share your files with friends and family or get multiple thumb drives upon request.

Our turnaround time for standard jobs is one week or less. For larger jobs, turnaround might vary. Give us a call for a quote and turnaround time. Please inquire about our rush service.

Our technicians will organize and digitalize your items in date order by reading labels when legible. We will label your digital files as they appear on the original tape, which can always be changed once you review your videos.
You can also provide us a brakedown of any specific order, file names or batches you would like us to digitize and label your items.

Once the job is complete, you will receive an invoice and payment link to pay online with a credit or debit card. We will then send you a cloud link to your files and arrange a time for you to pick up your items and thumb drive.

We are based in Manhattan (NYC), and we are available Monday-Friday for client drop-offs and consultations. We also service the tri-state area with home pick-up and delivery.

We do not digitize or charge for blank tapes or if we come across any copyrighted material that we have not been given permission to duplicate. If your memories are damaged, our technicians will repair them if possible. Please contact us to discuss the potential condition of your items.
